Dedicated Space Members
Company Logo Placement
- We can place your customized company logo within our office entrance's private foyer
- Our designers can create a logo sign for your private room or workstation at no extra charge
Lockable cabinets
- Each desk comes provided with lockable cabinets, so whether you're in a private room, sharing space with other co-workers or at a workstation in the shared-workspace common areas, you can feel secure knowing that you can lock your personal items away.
Receptionist services
- 1 hour per week of receptionist services is included in your membership for basic-receptionist tasks such as faxing, scanning documents, making appointments, mail and package delivery, and any other basic needs that you may require.
990 Biscayne mailing address
- Appear official and professional with a business address located at the prestigious 900 Biscayne Building (Actual mailing address is 990 Biscayne Blvd.). All mail delivered to your work address will be personally delivered to you.
Optional Services
We would love to offer ALL of our available services to every one of our members, but there are some resources that not all of our members need. Plus, providing all services unnecessarily would cost an arm and leg, driving costs up for everyone. We aim to provide the very best professional services to our members, at very affordable prices. These optional services are offered at a small additional cost, based on availability!
Most of our services are designed to grow your company. They're provided by in-house experts in their respective fields. All services are provided by on-hand MiamiShared staff, so you can expect not only reliability, but accessibility as well!
Web and Design Services
Through our team of web designers we can offer you a multitude of services, from creating a unique logo to all aspects of a newly designed web site. Our designers are available on-site and can cater to any of your needs. A free consultation is available, just ask!
SEO / PPC Services
Having a website is a major step to getting your business off the ground. But if no one knows about your website, that is a major hurdle to overcome. Through our SEO and PPC packages, we can offer you assistance getting top rankings in various search listings and help optimize any PPC (Pay Per Click) campaign you're running as well. VoIP Phone Service
The phone service uses Internet technology to make and receive your calls, as any regular phone system, but with various enhancements, such as

Computer Rentals
The computer rentals are ideal for those members who want the convenience of a computer setup and on-site technical support services, without the hassle of purchasing and installing a computer. Premium high powered computers with dual monitors are also available.
Professional Valet Service
The 900 Biscayne Building offers courteous, professional valet service for your vehicle between the hours of 7AM to 12am and Saturday through Sun 11am-12am for a monthly $50 dollar fee. If you do NOT wish to participate in this monthly valet service, you can opt to have your car valeted for
$5 dollars a day, also there are numerous pay to park lots within 1-2 blocks of the 900 Biscayne Building.
